Remedy

Does anyone have any remedies/recommendations for getting rid of a sore throat?? I hate the scratchy, something-caught-in-the-back-of-my-throat feeling and I'll do pretty much anything to get rid of it. I've tried zinc lozenges but that doesn't seem to help.
