If ICE enters a home to apprehend an illegal alien than they are on very shaken legal grounds due to the differences between administrative vs judicial warrants. 1960 Supreme Court case upheld law enforcement apprehending a futigive with an administrative warrant but other lower courts have pointed out that even illegals have constitutional right the same as non citizens.
