Can't wait to see some green grass again!
I would ditch the cart and use the quad to haul the bags, dump dry in hole, pack and then add the water.
I used my winch on the lumber rack to lift the 6x6's and hold them up while I kicked them off. 1st post up solo.
I did use the mixer to pour the footers.
1st corner up.
Ready to build porches. Paying a neighbor to help lift porch posts so I can kick them off and get to work.

I thought about trying that dry method but the holes turned out oversize so I lined the holes with rock as I came up. A low slump mix was the way to go.
