rare jaguar roams S. Ariz. mountains

Pretty crazy, they were able to catch on camera a male jaguar in Southern Arizona. At this point they just believe it to be a lone male that has been caught on camera several times.

SFW is currently preparing a statement regarding the significant reduction in deer population that are attributable to this lone male.

Interesting read, its nice to see another animal has moved across after that last Jaguar died. Wonder how long he has been there and if others are in the area.

There are many more sightings than get reported. People see them as far north as Oracle on occasion. They are not thick, but are definitely part of the landscape.
