Not something I would do and they need to change the law as it is proposed, but if there is no law against it they should have to provide it.

Michigan suspended spring ruffed grouse drumming counts for a while because there were a small number of people using FOI requests to find exactly where the drumming grouse were heard then hunt that location in the fall. For a GROUSE
Michigan DNR has since found a work around.
