Just read a little fwp news release, said there will be bear permits in region 5, apply by April 1st.
Any inside news on that one yet? And which region 5 district?

I guess no inside news. Just curious if anyone knows anything. Spend plenty of time in r5 for black bear and seen plenty of b.s.
Lots of bears shot during there pending closure timeframe.
