I've been seeing my position in the queue going from # 4 to #100 and I'm not sure why. I've seen that if you decline or do not answer the call you can lose your position. I've never even received a call or been contacted in anyway. Curious if I'm doing something wrong or if there is some sort if explanation for this. Thanks in advance.
