With all the bad reviews out there on the newest installment of 007, I was worried. They were wrong, IMO.

I thought the movie was pretty solid. Was it as good as Casino Royale? No. However, that doesn't taker away from a solid flick. Daniel Craig is phenomenal once more and Judi Dench is solid.

Yes, the theme song is terrible. The intro scene is the shortest in Bond history. There aren't many gadgets, just Bond using his gun (they went back to the PPK) and his fists. These are the things the "reviwers" were complaining about. Big deal, I still think it is a good flick.

I was going to go see it this last weekend, but couldn't bring myself to face the crowds. Plan on going sometime the middle of next week while in AZ.

I would agree with you MNHunter. Not great, but worth the money. More of a bourne identity type movie, than a Bond movie IMO.
