WYOMING556---I bought my leftover tags and Conservation Stamp right over the computer here at the house last year when they went on sale that way in July for the first time! Wyoming is really making it easier every year, especially for us outstaters!!!

From the 2011 G&F Pamphlet:

Licenses remaining after the initial drawing will be sold on a first-come, firstserved
basis through the Department’s Electronic License Service via the
WGFD website, Department offices and at automated license selling agent
locations, or through the submission of a paper application form to the
Cheyenne Headquarters Office

Signed up yesterday on-line for Wyoming. We're sticking with the same area as last year since we have some idea of the where to hunt and were so successful. My wife is going with us this year also for a little sight seeing. I can't ask for more.

I can put a regular license unit for my first choice and a special license unit for my second choice, and assuming I draw my second choice, I will not use any bonus points right?
