Posting pics with text??

I know I've read on here somewhere how to post pictures embedded with text, but I've about wore out this laptop trying to figure it out |oo . Any information on I can get to this done will save this poor laptop.

I sure wish I could get away with posting at work. I've been at it for about an hour and still can't get a flipping picture to upload |oo. I think I'll have to wait for the PC to get back from the computer Dr. before this laptop gets thrown outside through a wall. AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!
