A new study by the North American Hunting Research Consortium has led to the following proposition. Goal: Create a consistent cervidae point counting system across all of North America. Actions: Complete the scientific study of how to most accurately count points for bone measuring contests beginning with a survey. Make a proposal to State and Federal Wildlife Agencies to accept the outcome of the study, propose legislation to create a unified system across North America, and enact strict laws to avoid confusion among citizens. Please begin by completing the survey.

Volume, every other method is stupid.
Ooooo! I like it. We could market official North American Hunting Research Consortium dunk tanks and only NAHRC purified water! We must be extremely accurate!!!
