Poacher Caught on Camera

Here's a guy with a shotgun INSIDE my front gate. The vehicle license is clearly visible, the driver's face is clearly visible.
Fish and Game says the vehicle is outside my gate, still on my property, and the guy with the shotgun isn't identifiable. They chose NOT to investigate .

Plenty there to sic a private investigator on him and sue him, if you really want to make your point.

I'm not a court room guy. I'm a parking lot guy. I'm also patient.

Okay, lotta parking lot guys become courtroom guys unintentionally in these modern times.

Yup, a lot of unintentional things can happen, that's for sure.

If it happens again and still no LE help, letter from attorney to the registered owner of the vehicle that criminal trespass will be pursued might be another avenue. Attorneys can get plate run for criminal activity. Just depends if this is a one off or a pattern. Me? I would let it go UNLESS it happens again, then I would take steps to protect my property since the person has zero respect for it.

I agree, if it happens again with the same vehicle then the game will change up a little. It could have been a semi local based on the time and day. I don't see an outsider coming out here on Christmas Day to go poaching.
