Just gonna throw it out here… They were def going out to scout with the drone for his buddy to hunt in the afternoon. Literally stated he was planning on hunting the afternoon. Wonder what the legality of that is.

Maybe I'm mistaken and/or not cynical enough but I thought they said it was opening day & they showed up to hunt and found a vehicle parked so put drone up.

I'm for legal limits put on drone use but hope finding trespassers and poachers is never one of them.

Left him to smoke by his car an awful long time if they were gonna make an arrest… the warden seemed clear the drone dude and him had a history and this guy needed a citation… the lack of orange makes me pretty certain he’s a scumbag trespassing POS but JUST TO PLAY devils advocate, his fate was sealed before it was determined to be an honest mistake… on all accounts

Here's a guy with a shotgun INSIDE my front gate. The vehicle license is clearly visible, the driver's face is clearly visible.
Fish and Game says the vehicle is outside my gate, still on my property, and the guy with the shotgun isn't identifiable. They chose NOT to investigate .

That's infuriating. These bozos must've missed your multiple No Trespassing signs. And the fence. And the locked gate. Did they blast at a turkey or other game bird? The pump looks like action is maybe open.

About 30' right side out of frame is a small pond for slowing down run off before going through a too small culvert under the county road. It used to have a few resident Mallards in it. Christmas morning no less

We used to be able to have license plates run when there was a problem. Due to the Privacy bullshit , bad guys are now safe.
