Deer heart. Seven year olds favorite. I sliced the heart into smaller portions and freeze so I can make more of it in smaller batches throughout the year. Kid goes nuts for it.

You gotta find a local butcher with a good supply of beef hearts! Keep you in stock all year! Plus, most 7 year olds like saying ‘beef hearts’ fast enough for a giggle.
