Enough with all that wonderful Alaskan fish, you are making me jealous:)
Hey, gotta eat it while I have it!

How long you figure you can stretch the fish out from the trip?
I don't know. Have to remember to get some out once in a while. I shared some but still have a lot. Not big on fish tacos so I have to find more recipes! I'm sure there will be plenty left for a while. I get stingy when I get low. I still have a few vacuum sealed packs of deer meat from a few years ago! They will get eaten this winter.
 
The neighbor gifted me about 4lb of lamb he raised the other day for letting him take his kids out hunting on my property. Used it to make burritos tonight. Cubed the lamb seasoned it then seared it in the instapot and added a sofrito stock and pressure cooked 30 minutes. It was great!View attachment 393857View attachment 393858
Lamb is underrated. But also overpriced.
