Let me know if this works. I used 1 lb ground venison, 1 lb ground sausage. I used a mini food processor instead of grating.
Might seem like a lot of steps but super easy.

My daughter and niece helped me make a few pizzas today. Sausage and peppers pizza was a hit.

Started going though the grind freezer did 75 pound soft summer sausage and snack sticks

Pork tenderloin, seasoned, wrapped in bacon, smoked for an hour and then ten minutes at 350 until it was done on the pellet grill. I even took a picture this time. Picture sucks but it was great.
