About once a year I’ll put some sauerkraut on a brat, so I can deal with that. Sauerkraut pizza should be punishable to the highest degree of the law.

venison top round over a little teriyaki stir fry.

Test run of the moose to see how it tastes. Seared in a hot cast iron and finished with a green peppercorn sauce - the verdict was that it will be some tasty meat to work our way through.

White tail backstrap, marinated in teriyaki sauce, cooked at very high heat, finished with melted butter and garlic. Had onion and garlic powders, salt, pepper, rosemary, as the spices.

I remember being in New Hampton IA? I'm pretty sure that was the name of the town North Central iirc. I was maybe 11 years old pheasant hunting. First time I had sauerkraut pizza. Pretty sure my old man thought we had won the lottery of some sort.
