Having had the privilege of dining with both of them, you are spot on. But they are pretty good at knocking down their own game too.

Blackened Alligator, harvested fresh this morning! Served over cheddar grits with a cream gravy made from the skillet drippings and green beans. Laissez le bons temps rouler!!
