This was the best meal I've had in a long time .
Elk Tenderloin with red Taters and red onions fried in extra virgin cold pressed olive oil .

I mean seriously great !
If I'm ever executed this would be my choice of a last meal .

Indeed. But this egg was far more expensive than any grocery store egg (and far better than even the best store-bought). The cost of the feed, the birds themselves, and the coop. But at 6.8 oz I only need one.

I was wondering. Here's my biggest from when I had my geese didn't get a weight. I still have ducks my I love goose/duck eggs the yolk seems richer if that makes sense.

Elk lasagna with a little spicy pork sausage. My better half managed to lodge a foreign object in his eye while we deconstructed an old barn...extraction of said object followed by lasagna is a good prospect for healing.
