I've been using this recipe for years and really enjoy the recipe. I have used it on pheasant and some chukar.
De-breast the bird and cut the breast into 3/4 x 3/4 inch chunks or close to that.
Put the chunks into a baggie and add 1 part SOUTHERN COMFORT & 2 parts SOY SAUCE. Let this marinate over night. Deep fry for about 2-3 minutes. Very sweet tasting and even non-game lovers like this recipe.
NOTE: for the average (bird) meal I add 1/8th cup southern comfort and 1/4 cup soy sauce. HATE to waste that southern comfort.
