From what I gather Northern Dynasty expected this. It will be interesting to see what happens after the election.
Bare in mind this is far from killing the project.
That is why I said: " This needs to be terminated, forever". They keep on pushing. What's crazy is that it is a foreign entity. We have been doing battle with this issue on U.S. soil with a foreign company for years!
At some point this mine will happen. The deposit is simply too large/valuable and the demand for copper too great.
