I had a friend that went to see him a couple years back in Charlotte said he played 3.5 hours. If he comes back I will go.

Me too. Godfather of heavy metal, hope he keeps rocking on for a while.
I’d you’ve never heard his work with and influence on Steve Miller, give a listen to “My Dark Hour” where he played drums and other instruments.
Oh c’mon now! Helter skelter did not invent heavy metal.
He is a fantastic song writer though.

I remember when this came out and someone commented about how lucky they were that Kanye did a song with him and his career was about to blow up.
The Beatles were a HUGE influence on Ozzy Osbourne. Just sayin'.

Bach was a massive influence on most musicians including McCartney, but I wouldn't call JS the Godfather Of Heavy Metal
Good spot to see him... half this county went to Albacrackie for a show.

yep, recently was quite the stir about his show in minneapolis too. Probably a good time but an 83 YO didn't seem like a must see for me.
