Past gator hunting photos...getting ready for this year

Getting excited for this gator hunting season. Already been scouting and watching 2 big ones that have evaded us last couple years. Heres some photos for past years

Oh yeah we get everything we can off one to eat.

That is awesome- I would be really interested in how you cut one of those up, I would have no idea of where to even start. Is there a lot of usable meat outside of the tail?

We usually get the Jaw and leg meat. We have cut a few up are selfs and taken to a processer a couple times. Found it better to just take are time and cut them up are self.

Never have use to trade it out to the taxidermy for deer mounts. Only kept two skulls of the biggest gators we have caught
