Had a good weekend teaching a Hunter Education Class. The kids and adults had a great time and watched some great videos by Randy Newburg and team. It makes for a long day but is rewarding at the end when all of the students come up and thank us for what we do!

I actually got a hold of him on here to make sure it was ok to use them. Not that I was worried but because "others" were concerned about us using videos without permission even though anyone can watch them on YouTube.
Keeping this thread going. Been gathering things all week for my 10 hr class this Saturday. I try to do it every year prior to the opening of youth deer season here in the Hoosier state. Lunch will be Elk Chili which most everyone in class has never had elk. They get to watch Fresh Tracks videos during lunch which is always a hit. Hopefully I will have more pictures to add.
Well it was a long day for sure. Arrived at 5:30 a.m and after clean up got home a little after 8p.m. I had several younger students that I read the test for after speaking off and on all day my voice was shot. Tired worn out I came in to the gym and was greeted with a big smile and hug from a young lady that I read the test to...."Thank you oh thank you I past!" That voice no longer was sore from talking but had a lump in it and my allergies must have started acting up because my eyes started watering...funny it also caused a smile that still won't go away!
