Paris is going back to jail

I doubt she'll serve the entire 45. Hopefully she'll make another video while she's incarcerated.hump :D

I'm not really sure why Nemont, but I care. I want to know that she did the time, that all her money and fame couldn't buy her out of jail. That the legal system really works (sometimes).
I want to hear that she spent 45 days in gen/pop. That she had to shower with crack hos and gang bangers, and eat the same slop the rest of them get.
And I want to see that video that Noharley is talking about, for strictly educational purposes.

I honestly don't care however, I did get a good laugh thinking of her crying to Mommy and Daddy as they carted her away.

Care to bet that she will not be put in the general population? LA County taxpayers better pray she doesn't get one scratch on her or they will be sued until the Hiltons get tired of paying their attorneys.

Her money and fame will buy her way out of jail and that is just the way it is. Who cares?

She it getting exactly what she wants, media attention. You are guilty of giving the attention to her. What Paris Hilton does is so unimportant and so unproductive and so useless to society that nobody should care what happens.

Nemont

They will do nothing but make her richer after she gets out, with all this hooplah....

I really don't care about Paris Hilton. I agree with Nemont. I only have one question: Is she getting the same penalty for the same crime? If she is great, move on. If she isn't (either way), the justice system needs to be changed to make sure everyone is treated equally under the law.

That's really the reason I care. She was sentenced to 45 days, then got it reduced to 23 days, and then got released to house arrest after only a few days in the pokey.
Now she's back up to the original 45 days, because enough people cared that she used wealth and fame to buy her way out of jail. If
nobody cared, she would have gotten away with it. Justice is for sale, unless enough people care.
