Pack workouts

I remember taking a picture of this and sending it to someone they got marked down like 60% and on sale at Scheeles. I believe my text said something like every day we stray farther from god
I've got one, and honestly it's the best thing I've found for carrying weight on your pack. You can load it as heavy or light as you want (wood stove pellets work great). It carries the weight like a hindquarter and doesn't flop around or shift.

Laugh away but it works ...

I decided the other day that I needed to get back in mountain shape. I threw about a 90 pound wet sand bag out of the bed of my truck in my old mystery ranch, then found a steep cliff trail to hike for a few hours. A couple days later I can walk normally again. Moderation might be a better idea.
Did you put it in your elk quarter bag?

I like sand bags, but especially sand weights. You know the tubes for weighing down pop-up shelters? Also, kids fit on the meat shelf so they get tired, hop on pop, can double the weight for sections.
