Pack fit and setup

Hey guys being from the midwest I am about clueless on fiitting a pack the correct way and adjusting it for the best results any info would be great!

There are some videos on www.mysteryranch.com and www.rei.com on pack fitting and torso length. Once you get the torso length right, you adjust the waist belt, the shoulder straps and then the load lifters. Modern pack frames with load lifters make a huge difference.
