Not sure if it’s a rite of passage but figured I’d throw the where ya from out there. Live on the Oregon coast but have also lived in Nor Cal and Alaska. Hunt mostly blacktail, elk and ducks but will hunt or fish any opportunity that comes my way.

We have plenty of Rosies over here but they are definitely a challenge to hunt in the steep brushy terrain. Really got to do your homework and hike a ways back in where most won't go. A mile in this country could take the better part of a day and that's without packing an elk.
