They should whack his peepee. I have been teaching Hunter Ed for about 7 years now and live ammo is a no-no. Besides, we have dummy rounds that make the point just as well. Based on what I read he should be in the class and not teaching it.

Sounds like the instructor isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Thats just commonsense not to use live rounds.

I taught bow hunter saftey for a few years and this is probably the same kind of guy that forgets to teach the class and goes on and on about all his great hunting stories.
