The 2A only covers the stamped, serial numbered receiver!!! A gun just needs that to function therefore everything else is not a gun, so not covered under the 2A, has no rights, and those "privileged" parts can be 100% restricted. Makes complete sense. Please pay your taxes, fees, and sign these papers before you exercise your "right" to bear arms...

Now imagine doing that for speech. The 2A has been a bastard right for far too long.
