Online CPL training ?

I have a niece that lives in Wisconsin that says she got her CPL on the internet ? Is this possible or is she confused?
I have not seen where you can get your training on the internet. Gun safety training but not the CPL course.
Anyone ever seen this ?

I wouldn't be surprised. There's no training requirement at all in Indiana.
