I just got the mass email from NDOW and attempted to enter this draw. I was unable. Can someone confirm nonresidents are not eligible? Email and denial pop up were not clear. I appreciate the great Americans on this site.

i too was looking at it,,and n r price is not set???$1200 for a 1 horn management sheep isnt what im looking for///i propose $500 for the opertunity to hunt them would have potential if it was available to non residents though.its a resident only thing from what i see.
