OHV Use in Colorado

I tried doing my research, but I'm stuck, can't find anything. Does anyone know if you can use off highway vehicles on public land (forest service & BLM) in Colorado?

Only on established roads that are designated on the current MVUM map (and/or the BLM equivalent).

And they need to be licensed/registered as well.

You need an OHV permit and follow the rules/limitations to where your at. Not that all do.
