Sounds like next year we will have a resident April 1st season for residents and May 1st for non residents. This is great news for us. This is obviously a response to all the Utards poaching and the fact they're proposing their own NR shed season. I love the irony. They're also talking about a mandatory license (just for NR's) to help generate revenue for enforcement.

There is ZERO reason why nonresidents should be allowed to horn hunt! I think all states should be resident only 1january-1june, tourists and NR hunters can pick up souvenirs rest of year that way.

Im not against it but hate to see some random person find one and be ticketed that isn’t shedicated and stumbles onto one
