Numbers after unit in Montana

This will be my second year hunting in Montana what does the numbers mean after the unit number? For example 700-20?

It denotes the type of tag.

Generally:
xxx-20: Antlered
xxx-00:. Antlerless

There are other ones (03 comes to mind) out there, but read the regs and you'll see what you can do with it.

sometimes is that the tag is allowed for a certain portion of the unit while the other tag will not.

It's clearly stated in the regs, i'd follow up there as it changes.
