NR wants to hunt deer near Chamberlain, SD - need application help

My Dad and I hunted deer around Chamberlain (west side of the river) about 20 years ago and want to go back for a repeat. From what I can see on the map it is unit 45B. Is that all I need to know to submit an application?

We are nonresidents.
