North Texas Turkey Spring 2017

Does anyone have any experience hunting turkey in north Texas? Specifically the LBJ and Caddo National Grasslands WMA?

If you are interested I am also looking for a buddy to start hunting this area more.

You might also look into the Hagerman NWR as well. They have a turkey hunt but it is by draw. Applications are due at the end of this month.
