No Country for Old Men

Strange movie.

That fat lady at the hotel reminds me of a lady I used to work with. Super passive-aggressive and always acting like I was bothering her by just breathing. lol

but man them pronghorn seem to fold super easy.
'Respectfully disagree. I have shot alot of pronghorns over the years and some I have had to follow, track, trail for a mile or so before finally killing. If the shot is perfect, yep the pronghorn folds ... but they are more smallish and a shot off the mark a few inches will allow those tough antelope to run away.

However, truth be told ... you are a better shot than I. :D

I didn't love it cause of the ending when I was younger, but I enjoyed it a lot more as adult. I still quote it alot. I’d say it’s a masterpiece.

MRS is a HS librarian. MRS found my copy of the book in a Goodwill box here at the house. She asked if she should put it in her library for the kids.
I vetoed the idea. Any McCarthy for that matter.

I've often wondered if he was as cruel in life as he was at the typewriter. The death of Jimmy Blevins in All The Pretty Horses was like, "Damn!"
