No Bear Hunting in southeast IDAHO unit 77/78?

Hi everybody,

I was thinking about doing a hunt in southeast idaho mainly unit 77/78 for black bears but as i was looking through the regulations it looks like there is not even a season for most of the units in that particular area?

I hope I missed the page in the regs......

There is currently no season for bears in those units.
