NM ATV requirements

I'm wrapping up the last few details for my NM elk hunt and can't find anything stating NM requires a stamp or permit to use an ATV that is registered in another state. Anyone know of any requirements? Thanks for the help.

They do require a permit. I think they have a 90 day permit that isn't too expensive. I'll see if I can find a link.

Wait, looks like if you are registered in another state you might not have to register in New Mexico.
