I would say good buy. That leg looks repairable too.
I had a deer target like that set up in our field next to our house as a teen when we lived on the farm that I practiced archery with. Some assholes shot it up when we were not home and destroyed it. Pissed me and my dad both off. He refused to let anyone he did not know hunt on our land after that.
