If it has to do with wolves or grizzly bears it probably comes from the top. Sounds like CPW may have been trying to source wolves from Canada and/or Alaska, which sounds like it wouldn't comply with the 10(j) rule.

Tweets, I mean Letters that end with “thank you for your attention to this matter” come from the top.


My lawyer recently ended a demand for payment letter with “govern yourselves accordingly”. I think it is a superior phrase.
