YAH, the elk will still be there. But they only move in after the hunting season. I know were they are durring the Season so thats no worries The house won't be huge, We'll keep it cozy. Probably only 4,500Ft2 ...

Csutton, If I let you and your boyz stay there then you'd expect me to tell you were my elk are and I can't do that... Unless you rent out the Cabin for ALOT of money.. HUMmmmmmm J/K. someone else is building a cabin around there and I just plan on getting my 2x4's from there. Good Idea huh ?

I haven't measured it yet Schmalts but the Power I can See from the lot, the Water comes up to the Property line and the Septic I put in.
