Was YEARS ago in Ft J but my step-dad owned Knowles Logging & Trucking.
We pulled up stakes and moved the operation to Redding about the time I graduated high school (way back in ‘77). I also worked for Doelker Const. Back then in Hilt/Hornbrook/Copco

This is gonna be a great place when we get Captain Hairdo out of office.

I plan to retire in Lake County.

I have a friend who lives on the Eel river, one of the best fishermen I know. He caught a 60' section of redwood that blew into the river in a storm about 10 years ago.

He's the only guy I know that can fish like that!

Right on that’s just a stones throw away from me! I have a few buddies that hunt them pretty religiously.
