Welcome, I'm pretty new here too. Lived in TX for 12 years and miss it at times. Tough to find places to hunt there.

Getting tougher every year. I live on the coast "Rockport" Would hunt Aransas Wildlife Refuge yearly never a problem. Now I miss the new draw 2 years in a row.

Was in and around Austin for 25 yrs or so. Retired in Rockport now.

I kayak fish the Rockport area a few times a year. Great area!
