New From Albuquerque

Hello there,
New guy from Albuquerque. Found this site from OYOA videos will be going on my 2nd big game hunt this year. I drew a ES Elk bow tag in NM unit 6A. Cant wait to even get a chance to arrow a bull this fall.

Welcome! We just moved from Rio Rancho to Missouri this past January! Sure do miss waking up and seeing the mountains out my bedroom window. I was fortunate enough to draw my first year ( last fall) in unit 45 and took a 4 point bull in the Pecos.

Lots of animals in that unit, especially if you can get away from the roads. I fish the San Pedro Parks Wilderness and always bump elk. Good luck!

Welcome. I used to live in Edgewood for 2 years. I love 6A. Spent alot of time up there and in 34, 45, and 52. Good luck this year.

Thanks all, mainly because of lack of roads I had planned on scouting the San Pedro area. It's great to see I wasn't too far off what other people have done. Hope to see some of your hunts on here too!
