Hey guys and gals, this is my 1st antelope tag and I have drawn the early rifle season for area 041&042 in Nevada just outside of Lovelock,NV. Does anyone have any advice on where to go or what size goat I should be looking for any help would be much appreciated as I have a limited time to hunt due to work. Thank you for your time I will also be posting in the elk section as my father is needing some help in his elk units in Arizona and Utah that lucky dog.

Area 4 is a great area for speedgoats...I'm jealous because I didn't draw that tag this year. You should have no problem getting on a buck in the 70s out there. Just put a mile or two on your boots and you'll get away from most and have the pick of the litters out there. Get up on vantage points and glass, then move in and you should find success.
