Needed, hand held radio with easy to push transmit button

I have Midland GXT900 radios that always cut out due to constant heavy pressure needed to hold transmit button down. They were returned to Midland to fix, came back in same condition which is frustrating for an old geezer with weak fingers. Does anyone know of a hand held that has an easy to hold transmit button?
