Question for you guys with much more experience than me. We found a couple really nice muley bucks in W Wyoming while elk hunting. What are the odds that those bucks would be using the same area next season, assuming they don’t get killed this winter? Saw them last week (mid October).

I’ve had my feelings hurt by a buck not being in the same area the next year…

from what i've seen muleys are pretty loyal to the same ranges year to year, bucks a little less than does. so decent odds he's back next october, assuming he survives winter and the rut doesn't send him on a road trip

same place 2 weeks earlier during the deer hunt not great odds. They will be someplace, but the early deer season is way different than hunting later in Mid to Late October.
