Mountain Lion almost Ready

[westbranch]

Need to stop by the taxidermist's shop this next week and see how I can get this thing home and figure out where to put it. Great work from Northwest Taxidermy in Post Falls.

Incidental while deer hunting, I am 6'2".

Very nice...looking forward to the finished product!

From what I can tell from the picture, he did a great job with the most important aspect of the mount.

That looks great.

You should stop by his shop sometime, excellent work. Taxidermists are interesting and he's fun to talk to and has his own perspectives. Wants a realistic look, he had no interest in a open mouth mount for a mountain lion. I think all good taxidermists are a bit eccentric

If I posted the non-cropped picture of where this pic was I think several dozen forum members and website browsers would find the location instantly.

Crazy thing was, 2 other mountain lions killed within 1/2 mile of this one in 3 months. Private land with a lot of elk and deer where they hunt.
